It began with a grandmother’s recipe book and a small hillside garden where the mist lifts slowly every morning.
Three generations later we still buy only from growers we know by name, pick only the first two leaves and a bud, and blend every batch by hand. Each tin is sealed the same week it is blended, so your cup tastes the way it did on the hill.
